At SGTRANSROADLINES, we aim to make your booking and payment experience simple, secure, and transparent. Below are the payment options available to our customers, along with guidelines to ensure compliance with Indian legal and regulatory standards.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
๐ฆ Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
- You can make payments directly to our bank account.
- Bank details will be shared on request or during the invoice process.
- Please share the UTR number or screenshot after payment for quick confirmation.
๐ณ Credit/Debit Cards
- All major Indian and international Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Maestro cards are accepted.
- Processed securely through RBI-compliant payment gateways.
๐ฑ UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
- Quick and seamless transactions through any UPI-supported app.
- UPI ID
๐ผ Net Banking
- We support net banking from all leading Indian banks.
- Transactions are secured by 128-bit encryption via our third-party payment gateway partners.
๐งพ Cash (Offline Payments)
- Available only for selected bookings or at physical branches.
- Please insist on a receipt for all cash payments.
๐ Cheque/DD
- Acceptable for corporate or bulk clients only.
- Subject to clearance before service initiation.
2. Invoicing & Taxation
- All payments include GST as applicable (as per GST Act, 2017).
- A valid Tax Invoice will be issued after confirmation of payment.
3. Secure Transactions
Your payment security is our top priority:
- We use PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways.
- All card and banking details are processed using SSL encryption.
- We do not store any card or UPI details on our servers, in compliance with RBI tokenization guidelines.
4. Payment Confirmation
- You will receive payment confirmation via email/SMS within 24 hours of a successful transaction.
- If you do not receive confirmation, please contact us immediately at Email or Phone.
5. Refunds & Disputes
Please refer to our Shipping & Refund Policy for details on refund eligibility and process.
In case of unauthorized or failed transactions, you may:
- Report it to your bank immediately.
- Contact our support team for transaction logs or further clarification.
6. Legal Compliance
We operate in accordance with:
- The Consumer Protection Act, 2019
- The Information Technology Act, 2000
- Reserve Bank of India (RBI) Guidelines on Digital Payments and Tokenization
- Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA), 2002
We reserve the right to deny services if payment is found to be suspicious or in violation of Indian financial laws.
