We offer the transportation of goods by road across various cities and states in India. All services are subject to availability, service area limitations, and agreed pricing. We reserve the right to accept or decline service requests at our discretion.

3. User Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about pickup, delivery, and cargo.
• Ensure the goods are legally permitted to be transported under Indian law.
• Pack goods properly or avail of our packaging service where applicable.
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes promptly.
• Not ship prohibited, hazardous, or illegal goods.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Pricing is determined based on cargo type, volume/weight, distance, and service type.
• All fees are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) under the GST Act, 2017.
• Payment must be made through accepted methods as listed on our Payment Methods page.
• Delays in payment may result in shipment delays or cancellation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated delivery times are provided but not guaranteed.
• We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, strikes, legal roadblocks, or force majeure events.
• Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to the extent stated under the Carriage by Road Act, 2007.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
• No refunds are issued for services already rendered or goods already dispatched.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential loss or damage.
• Losses arising due to customer-provided incorrect information or improper packaging.
• Items shipped in violation of applicable laws or not declared properly.

8. Prohibited Items

You may not ship items such as:

• Explosives, inflammables, and hazardous chemicals.
• Narcotics or illegal substances.
• Currency, firearms, or perishable goods (unless agreed).
• Any goods restricted or banned under Indian law.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
